If a part number or serial number is unknown, please provide your original purchase date, and/or your original purchase order number and we will attempt to identify the serial number for you. DeepSea will not authorize a return without first verifying the item(s). Return Material Authorizations are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions. A minimum evaluation fee of $150 USD applies to all RMAs that are not under warranty.
