Pedram dove headfirst into the DeepSea team in 2007. His education and background are quite diverse, both above and below the surface of the ocean. He has two bachelor degrees; one in Civil Engineering and one in Software Engineering from San Diego State University. In addition to his extensive background in customer service and years of successful sales experience, he is also an accomplished Scuba diver instructor and passionate about all things having to do with the ocean. He is an optimistic thinker and firm believer that there is nothing that cannot happen TODAY. When he is not hard at work helping DeepSea's customers, you can find him sailing, paddling or diving somewhere in the lovely waters of the world.
An ocean enthusiast, Leonard Sanches has been a valuable member of the Deep Sea team since 2005. With a degree in Business Administration-Marketing from Cal State San Marcos, Leonard has over 14 years of enterprising sales experience and steadfast customer service. Outside of DeepSea, Leonard is an active San Diegan, who never takes Southern California’s weather for granted. On sunny days you may spot Leonard hiking the local mountains, biking the adventurous trails, or swimming in the blue waters of the Pacific.
Kevin advances DeepSea’s goals through technical marketing, business writing, and technology review. Prior to joining DeepSea in 2007, Kevin was a Senior Engineer at Scripps Institution of Oceanography where he traveled pole-to-pole and all around the globe on research ships from many nations. His instruments have successfully made the round trip to as deep as 35,500-ft, and survived below the north Polar Ice Cap for a year. He’s worked with the National Geographic Society, and lead a submarine team into the "Guinness Book of World Records". He is a Fellow of the Marine Technology Society. Hardy was awarded the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Presidents Award in December 2008, by Dr. Neil Duffie, President, SME, Dearborn, MI.
