• Serial number(s) — if unknown, your original purchase date or PO number
• A description of the issue

Please do not ship goods until you receive authorization from DeepSea. All returns are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions. A minimum evaluation fee of $150 USD applies to RMAs not under warranty.
