At Ocean Business 2025, live demonstrations featured DeepSea’s latest imaging technology, purpose-built for next-gen autonomy and deep ocean exploration.
The SmartSight® MV100, a rugged machine vision camera designed for seamless AUV and autonomous platform integration, delivered powerful imaging in a compact, GigE Vision-compliant package—ideal for object recognition, inspection, and real-time navigation.
Also on display: the MxD® SeaCam®, a 4K subsea imaging system developed in collaboration with MBARI. Built on a studio-grade broadcast platform, it brought cinema-quality imaging to the deep with exceptional clarity, control, and reliability. Whether advancing autonomy or capturing the deep with cinematic precision, DeepSea’s imaging tools continued to raise the bar for what’s possible below the surface.

Machine Vision Camera
The SmartSight® MV100 camera is the first in a new category of products from DeepSea designed to push the adoption and ease of implementation of machine vision systems into next-generation autonomous platforms.
